Be kind and curious
Listen without interrupting, make room for quieter voices, and disagree with ideas without attacking people. No one is judged for an accent, mistake, background, or level of fluency.
Protect privacy
Do not record, screenshot, or share another member’s words or personal information without her clear permission. Breakout conversations stay in the room.
Respect boundaries
No harassment, discrimination, sexual content, unsolicited selling, or repeated unwanted contact. Use the report tool in the member area whenever something feels wrong.
Women-only, 18+
The club is intended for adult women. Accounts that misrepresent eligibility or create safety concerns may be restricted while reviewed.
